Come as you are, but we suggest your attire be comfortable and easy to change in and out of.  We will provide a bag for keeping your belongings together during your visit, although we do suggest leaving unnecessary jewelry safely at home as it will need to be removed to optimally enjoy your offerings

Can I just walk in and be seen?


All services require an appointment, however if there is availability we will be happy to treat you. CLICK HERE to submit a request or as always call 804-422-TRUE(8783).


How old do you have to be to make an appointment?


We require that all our guests be at least 14 years of age, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.



Can I bring my children with me that are under 14, or not receiving treatement?


Unfortunately we do not allow children under 14; the time we have allotted is strictly for you and it would be very difficult us to provide you with the best treatment possible if your mind and body aren’t focused on the treatment.



Is it ok to drink alcohol around the time of my treatment?


Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, body treatments and facials is not recommended.



What is your cancelation policy?


If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages.  Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Remember this time reserved is exclusively for you.
